I was really intruiged by the concept of how CF would operate given the existence of other superpowered people. I wasn't interested in city-smashing battles (not yet, anyway), but I wondered how their presence would affect the story. Eddie G. gives us some insight into the complex relationship between corrupt heroes and those whom they are supposed to be fighting. Note that Eddie, an American middle-class burglar, wears a cape!

As it turned out, there were even more interesting personalities with which the Captain could interact.

Fans of the Frantics or Dr. Demento may recognize the reference to Ti Quan Leep. There was a lot of discussion about what exactly the Captain would do to Eddie G. to show him the error of his ways. Booting people to the head isn't exactly his style...
