Angband!

This is my page about the free video game Angband. It's a roguelike game based loosely on the works of J.R.R. Tolkien. On this page you'll find some patches I've written for the game and some links to other angband-y places.

Patches

• Sound Effects: This patch adds the ability to play about 150 new sounds and should work for any platform on which Angband can already play sounds. Also includes an optional sound bank and binary downloads for Windows.
• Hitpoint Warning: This patch changes the visual for your character from an '@' to a number. When your HP drops below 70%, it becomes a '6'. When it drops below 60%, it becomes a '5'. And so forth. Great for preventing deaths due to not noticing your hitpoints dropping.
